Meet Dr. Mona L. Brawley
For more than 30 years, Dr. Mona has served as a teacher, pastor, coach, and mentor to individuals seeking clarity, direction, and confidence. She brings a unique blend of pastoral wisdom, educational expertise, and transformational coaching to every person she serves.
As a retired educator with three decades of classroom experience, co-founder and pastor of Impact Church, and ICF-certified Leadership and Life-Change Strategist, she has helped countless women and men identify their purpose, walk in confidence, and thrive spiritually.
Her message is rooted in biblical truth, shaped by lived experience, and fueled by a deep desire to help people rise with intention, courage, and unwavering faith. Her heart is to guide you from identity to legacy—one step, one truth, and one breakthrough at a time.
